IN THIS KATA YOU ARE INTRODUCED TO THE "HORSE" OR SEIUCHIN STANCE. IN THIS KATA THERE ARE NO KICKS, WHICH MAKES IT UNIQUE IN ISSHINRYU. THIS IS A STRONG KATA WHICH TEACHES THE POWERFUL BLOCKS OF ISSHINRYU.
NAIHANCHIN
